	Why a Women's Wellness Retreat? Women today work hard, give much, and ask for very little in return. It's no surprise that as we spend so much of our time taking care of others, we quickly begin to neglect ourselves. How about a moment of quiet... a trip to the spa... or an energizing jog? It's not completely impossible, but in today's world it certainly isn't easy. This is why the women of Wellness Team, Inc. are encouraging all women to make a conscious effort to take care of themselves and devote a little more time for the sake of their own wellbeing. The re.ju.ve.nate women's wellness retreat was developed by Wellness Team, Inc. through the support of local partners and retreat sponsors. This is an opportunity for women to take the much needed time to relax and rejuvenate, in order to face the world with vibrant optimism. This rewarding retreat was developed by women, for women, to create an overall wellness experience that is a balanced blend of relaxation, information sharing, healthy eating, entertainment and fun! What to Expect at the Event Participants have the opportunity to attend a morning or afternoon retreat.
